The client needed to present development phasing to the City of San Francisco. This interactive presentation incorporated 3D animation and an interactive timeline with markers at important dates. When clicked, these markers would play the animation showing build-out at that phase on that date. The piece was successful in helping Bovis Lend Lease win the project.
